What Does Dog Training Involve?
Our mission is to make your life with your dog exactly what you want it to be by helping bridge gaps in communication, adding structure to help with behavior problems, and balancing the relationship with you and your dog.
We are firm believers that the relationship with your dog works best when there is equal amounts of rules and boundaries and affection and attention. We also believe in communication that makes sense for both your and your pup. A happy life is all about balance, and we are happy to help clients achieve and maintain that balance with their doggo everyday! Training will require lifestyle changes for you and your dog, and we know change is hard. But, if you are looking for help with training, chances are life is already hard. You can choose to train and reward the behaviors that you want, or deal with the behaviors that you don't want. Both are hard in their own way, but the benefits of training make it worth it!

Our Board and Train Programs have us doing all of the foundation work with the dog, while we walk you through the training sessions via video updates. At each pickup, you will have a lesson that goes over what your dog has learned that week, and what you will be practicing for homework over the weekend. At the final pickup, we will troubleshoot any issues, and run through all commands for a final time. If you chose for your dog to stay straight through and not come home on the weekends, we will have one hands-on lesson at pickup to go over any questions and run through all of the training with you and your dog. And don't worry! We offer support for life so you will always have the help needed to deal with any issues that arise in the future.
We train any size or age, and can customize plans to fit your dog!
We have training plans for puppies under 6 months, as well as puppies and dogs over 6 months. We have experience with tiny Shih Tzus to giant Great Danes, and while the commands are the same, we customize the plan and how we train based on the dog in front of us.
If you have a special want or need, we are always happy to discuss creating a custom package for you and your dog. The packages above are our most popular options, and give an example of what training involves and the cost, but are fully customizable.

Hello! We're Michael and Lauren! We both have a passion for all things DOGS! Our Purpose is to bring you and your dog closer together through clear communication, a balance of boundaries, love, and affection, and some organized chaos.We both have years of experience working with and training dogs. Lauren has been a professional trainer for over 4 years and is certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers®️ (CCPDT). Michael has been helping with training during those four years, and has taken on a larger role in training. He also manages the small boarding program that we offer out of our home. f you know someone who is struggling with their relationship with their best furry friend, don't hesitate to share our information with them!
